All our tracks are covers, they are not by the original artist. Our products and services are provided on an "as is" basis. We have a demo clip for every song - please listen to the demo before you buy. Therefore, we can not refund songs that have been purchased by mistake.
However, should the purchased file be damaged, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of purchase stating the exact problem. This can not be of a musical nature but purely of a technical nature. We will try to correct the problem within 7 days and failing that, either refund the full price paid or provide a substitute song of your choice.
If you come across one of our older MIDI files that still has a fade out ending, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can add a proper ending.
