How are our tracks and software delivered?

We no longer offer physical shipping by CD or MD. All songs are available for immediate download (except those marked "Request" or "Order" - these will be prepared for you within a few days).

Once payment is complete, you will be directed from the Worldpay or Paypal payment page back to Song Galaxy, where you can see links to download your purchased files straightaway. Links will also be sent by e-mail - please check your Junk or Spam folders. All links are active for 48 hours from the time of payment.

When you buy a Multi Track, you will get 2 download options: MTF format or WAV format. MTF (Multi Track format) is a single file to load into our free Multi Tracker software and edit multiple tracks, whereas the WAV link lets you download multiple Wave files to load into your third-party DAW. 

What if the 48 hour download window has run out?

No problem! Please log in at Song Galaxy and click "View orders". Here you can re-download any previous orders. Here's a quick tutorial video on how to do that!
